Agriculture Consultant/Professor

This freelance Consultant role focuses on building a taxonomy framework and qualification tests for applicants working with Generative AI models. You will design and implement a structured classification system, develop competency-based assessments, and provide expert recommendations on optimizing these methodologies. Collaboration with a methodologist is key, along with continuous improvement and quality assurance. The role is fully remote, requiring a laptop, internet connection, and a passion for AI. This part-time project offers valuable experience and the chance to influence the future of AI.

Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree or PhD in Agriculture
• Have at least 7 years of professional experience in Agriculture or a related field
• Have an advanced (C1) or above level of English
• Have experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests
• Be passionate and experienced in working with AI Models
• Be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to the organization’s needs
• Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants
• Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies
• Work closely with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies
• Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes
