The ideal candidate has a background in Computer Science, 3 years of experience in AI development, and strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java. The role involves developing AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring proper documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Approximately 3 years of experience in AI development, preferably in a startup environment
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematics
• Understanding of TDD
• Experience in working in an Agile team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve real-world problems
• Support the evolution of platforms bringing AI to data on the edge
• Create CI/CD pipelines for solutions you develop
• Optimize created solutions to meet performance/efficiency requirements
• Ensure proper documentation of developed models and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Knowledge of data preprocessing and data analysis techniques
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
