AI DevOps Engineer

Summary

Join DuploCloud's AI Growth Team as a DevOps Engineer and build AI-powered DevOps solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand their needs, develop Python automation solutions, and integrate them into our AI HelpDesk. This role requires strong Python development, cloud architecture, and DevOps experience. You will be a problem solver, collaborating effectively with stakeholders and providing world-class DevOps support. Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated ability as a Python developer
• 5+ years of cloud architecture, infrastructure or DevOps experience
• 3+ years of building docker images across one or more stacks (Python, NodeJs, Java, PHP, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Sound knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience working with both customers and internal teams to collect requirements, troubleshoot issues, and identify new use cases
• Problem solver who can interpret sophisticated problem statements, boil them down into simple solutions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Technical and customer-focused approach to solutions engineering
• Open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerating failure, and passionate about making clients successful
• Dynamic team member who will both teach and learn from all of us on the Growth Team
• Passionate about providing world-class DevOps support while guiding customers through their infrastructure transformation journey

Responsibilities

• Understand customer DevOps use cases and develop Python automation solutions that can be integrated into the DuploCloud AI HelpDesk as AI Agents
• Collaborate closely with our Onboarding team, Operations Team, and customers directly to support their implementation and support needs
• Contribute significantly to the company's growth trajectory by creating AI-powered DevOps solutions for our existing customer base
