AI Engineer

Requirements

• Strong AI-focused mindset, with curiosity about new tools and trends
• At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally with Node.js or another backend language, plus familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and platforms
• Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Ability to prototype quickly without over-engineering
• Comfortable with context switching and managing shifting priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
• Clear communicator who can explain complex ideas across technical and non-technical teams
• Passionate about continuous learning and exploring emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-based enhancements for both internal and external use cases
• Develop quick proof-of-concepts to explore and validate technical solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas where AI can bring measurable value
• Work with structured datasets for data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Continuously explore and assess new AI/ML tools and frameworks for potential adoption

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startup or fast-changing environments
• Previous involvement in multiple short-cycle POCs or internal tool development
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or “vibe coding”
