AI Engineer

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing AI-powered features for our platform, working with a full spectrum of social media interactions from globally recognized brands. This role involves building classification engines, implementing agentic workflows, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our AI systems. You will collaborate with various teams to meet client needs and internal goals, leveraging AWS serverless services. The ideal candidate possesses strong AI/ML engineering experience, particularly with classification systems, and a solid understanding of NLP and text classification. Requirements

• 3+ years experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably working with classification systems in production
• Solid understanding of NLP, text classification, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, custom-built agents)
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, S3, etc.)
• Familiarity with ML pipelines, CI/CD for model deployment, and observability practices
• Comfortable balancing short-term fixes with long-term architecture decisions

Responsibilities

• Design and Build: Develop new AI-enabled features and services that enhance classification accuracy and scalability
• Maintain and Optimize: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve existing classification pipelines
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, data, and ops teams to ensure our AI systems are aligned with client needs and internal goals
• Deploy with Confidence: Leverage AWS serverless services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) to build scalable and cost-efficient solutions
• Automate Monitoring: Implement systems that flag data drift, model degradation, and performance anomalies before they become client problems
• Stay Current: Keep pace with developments in NLP, LLMs, and infrastructure best practices—suggest improvements proactively
• Ensure Reliability: Set up tests, alerts, and fallbacks so our AI products are resilient and production-ready
