Requirements

• Have previous experience with software development (ideally 2-5 years of commercial experience)
• Have strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks
• Have familiarity with PyTorch, Tensorflow
• Have familiarity with OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI API
• Have knowledge of how RAG, embeddings, vector databases work
• Have knowledge of how GraphRAG work
• Have knowledge of embeddings, reranking and database optimization for embeddings
• Have experience with agentic workflow, how it works, how to define tools
• Have experience with frameworks like autogen (AI Agent), guidance (Structured information)
• Have experience in cloud-based AI development (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Have experience with Firebase, Supabase
• Have understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Have ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
• Be based in European Union
• Have excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Implement Azure OpenAI API for applications
• Implement RAG systems
• Work with open source models to fine-tune and apply them for clients
• Experiment with different ML techniques
• Create PoC, MVP of AI applications
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models
• Lead AI project implementations
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
• Research new techniques, models and approaches to apply AI in retail, healthcare, finance and general industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Have familiarity with open source GPT models, llama, mistral
• Have experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
• Have examples in portfolio using ML models, e.g. GPT, Stable Diffusion etc
• Have industry-specific AI experience (e.g., healthcare, finance)
• Have AI Certification like e.g. AI-900, AI-102
