Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, building, and supporting machine learning platforms, services, and frameworks in a real-world industry setting
• Strong knowledge and experience with large language models (LLMs) and related frameworks like LangChain and LLamaIndex
• Expertise in embeddings, vectorization, vector stores, database optimization, performance tuning, and relevant query languages
• Familiarity with embedding techniques, retrieval algorithms, agents, and data modeling for vector development graphs
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, concurrency, multi-threading, and design patterns
• Ability to debug and employ analytical methodologies effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience
• Highly self-directed and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to develop well-thought-out design proposals and conduct thorough analyses of production issues
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
