Join Quiq's Services team as a Software Engineer and contribute to the development of custom integrations and solutions on our modern, cloud-based communications platform. You will collaborate with conversational AI designers, integrate customer solutions into our UI, and develop backend and frontend solutions. Requirements

• Experience with dynamic languages such as Python, Node.js, Ruby or others
• Solid foundation in Computer Science (BS/MS) or significant industry experience
• Understanding and experience with REST, HTTP, and contract-based APIs
• Database experience, with both NoSQL and relational databases
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a software developer
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to dive into unfamiliar code
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers

Responsibilities

• Create custom integrations and enhancements on our communications platform
• Work with conversational AI designers building smart assistants
• Integrate customer solutions into Quiq's web-based UI
• Develop backend and frontend solutions to tailor our product to customer needs
• Build AI-enabled solutions and integrations with customer systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Working in cloud-based, serverless environments (containers, cloud functions)
• Experience contributing to open source projects
• Familiarity with modern web development frameworks such as React.js
• Experience integrating with knowledge bases and APIs for AI systems
• Familiarity with Generative AI and vector databases
• Demonstrable experience leveraging LLMs from code a big plus
