Join Recruitics, a leader in Recruitment Marketing, as an AI Engineer. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing our AI Analyst GenAI product and Vision analytics platform. This individual contributor role involves collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product teams. Responsibilities include fine-tuning large language models, building intelligent analytics pipelines, and leveraging AI to extract insights from recruitment data. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on LLMs, NLP, and AI-powered analytics
- Proven experience developing and deploying AI solutions in analytics, automation, or business intelligence
- Experience working with GenAI models for insights generation, summarization, or interactive AI applications
- Strong Python skills with expertise in AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and NLP techniques
- Proficiency in data pipelines and orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent)
- Experience working with SQL and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics visualization (e.g., Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Cloud experience, particularly AWS AI/ML services and model deployment
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models that power AI Analyst (GenAI) and Vision (analytics dashboard)
- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for conversational analytics, automated insights, and data interpretation
- Build AI-driven analytics tools that extract, process, and present actionable recruitment insights
- Design and optimize NLP pipelines to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our AI Analyst product
- Enhance AI-powered dashboards and analytics automation to improve client decision-making
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines for AI-driven reporting and analytics
- Integrate multimodal AI solutions (text, vision, structured data) to improve predictive analytics
- Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring seamless real-time decision-making
- Stay at the forefront of GenAI advancements, ensuring our products leverage the latest AI breakthroughs
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment marketing, ad tech, or HR tech
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, recommendation systems, or optimization algorithms
- Understanding of computer vision models for analytics applications
- Experience integrating GenAI-powered chatbots, AI assistants, or automated reporting tools
- Advanced certifications in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud AI
- A portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing AI/ML projects
