Join Tailor and contribute to the development and implementation of AI-powered tools to enhance engineering productivity. You will leverage cutting-edge AI technologies like LLMs and tools such as Devin and GitHub Copilot Workspace. Responsibilities

• ���計・開発・導入AIを活用した開発支援ツールの設計、開発、導入を行う
• ���入検討と最適な運用設計Devin、GitHub Copilot Workspaceなどの導入検討と最適な運用設計を行う
• ���サーチ・評価・実装LLMなどの最新AI技術のリサーチ、評価、実装を行う
• ���境構築と推進社内エンジニアがAIツールを活用しやすい環境の構築と推進を行う
• ���合・開発APIやクラウドサービスを活用したAIツールの統合・開発を行う

Preferred Qualifications

• Devin、GitHub Copilot WorkspaceなどのAI支援ツールの活用経験を持つ
• AI・機械学習の研究開発経験を持つ
• DevOps、MLOpsの知識・経験を持つ
• ���内DX推進やエンジニアリングプロセス改善の経験を持つ
• ���規模データを扱うシステムの開発経験を持つ
• PythonやRを用いたデータ分析の経験を持つ
• ���ラウド環境（AWS、GCP、Azureなど）でのデータ基盤構築経験を持つ
• ���械学習や統計解析の知識・経験を持つ
• ETLツールの使用経験を持つ
• ���新のデータ分析手法やツールに関する知識を持つ
