Summary

Join Ubiminds, a GPTW-certified company, and work as a Backend Engineer for a client focused on providing financial solutions for small businesses. You will integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance developer productivity, execute POCs, and improve internal workflows. This role demands staying current with LLM and AI agent advancements. You will develop and integrate AI solutions, design and implement web-based AI applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong programming skills in C#, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML with web development expertise
• Deep understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, AI agents, RAG, Finetuning)
• Familiarity with RAG concepts (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB)
• Key to understanding vector databases
• A proven problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance developer workflows and automation
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in GenAI, including LLMs, Embeddings, Finetuning, AI agents, and AI-assisted development to drive innovation
• Design and implement web-based AI applications using popular languages such as Python, C#, and JavaScript
• Optimize and scale AI-based solutions to address real-world software engineering challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate AI-powered enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases and fine-tuning techniques; familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph
• Previous work on automating developer tools and API integrations (e.g., OpenAI)
• Knowledge of additional AI agent frameworks
