Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on AI, particularly LLMs and related technologies
• Proficiency in tools and frameworks like OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and human-in-the-loop platforms like Humanloop
• Experience with full-stack development, particularly with SST and React, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• A proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions in production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects focused on leveraging LLMs to enhance our marketplace and back-office tools
• Work on innovative solutions such as document extraction, spiderbot scraping, contract grading, and automated negotiation systems
• Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate AI into Marketplace and our other products
• Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure using tools like SST and React for our Backoffice stack
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI applications in SaaS or procurement platforms
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and the ability to contribute to open-source AI projects
• An advanced degree (Master’s/Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
