Requirements

• Proven experience as a Python engineer with a strong background in AI and machine learning
• In-depth knowledge of transformer architectures and their applications
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and techniques for optimizing AI model performance
• Hands-on experience in developing LLM-based applications, including RAG
• Demonstrated ability to tackle domain-specific challenges using innovative AI solutions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting and adapt to evolving project requirements

Responsibilities

• Deeply engage with different areas of our product suite to understand user needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather insights and translate them into innovative AI solutions
• Create and deploy applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve domain-specific problems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Design and optimize prompting techniques to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI models
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and fintech, applying best practices to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry
