Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and cloud ML services
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model deployment best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for various use cases (recommendations, NLP, etc.)
• Implement data pipelines and ETL processes to support model training
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to bring ML features into production
• Integrate and maintain ML services on cloud platforms
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate for improvement
• Stay updated on cutting-edge AI/ML research and frameworks
