Join Wakam, a B2B2C insurer, as an AI Architect / Senior AI Engineer to lead its transformation into Europe’s first AI-enabled insurer. You will architect AI agents on the Dust.tt platform, transforming customer experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include designing complex AI agents, orchestrating multi-agent workflows, integrating and customizing agents, and optimizing for performance and scalability. You will also implement advanced RAG architectures, develop conversational systems, master prompt engineering, and define architectural standards. The role involves co-creating AI agents with end users, defining high-value use cases, driving an iterative product approach, and measuring ROI. Technical expertise in GenAI and AI agents is crucial, along with experience with LLMs and relevant platforms. Requirements

• 7+ years as a Software Engineer / ML Engineer / Data Scientist with at least one significant production-level GenAI or AI Agent project
• Advanced mastery of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Dust.tt or similar platforms (LangChain, CrewAI, Flowise, Dify, etc.)
• Expertise in conversational architectures and RAG
• Strong multi-agent orchestration skills
• Python & the GenAI ecosystem
• Agent-oriented software architecture
• Advanced prompt engineering & LLM tuning
• API integrations for agent systems (including MCP integrations)
