Summary
Join Vosyn, a pre-seed AI startup, as an AI Ethics Advisor and help shape the future of AI. This senior advisory role is a 10-15 hour per week contract position, fully remote with an hourly rate of $250. You will develop AI ethics frameworks, provide strategic guidance on ethical considerations in AI development, and design bias mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience in AI ethics or related fields, an advanced degree, and a deep understanding of AI technologies and their societal implications. Vosyn offers a remote-first culture with flexible working arrangements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI ethics, technology policy, or related fields
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or Ethics
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record in developing ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Experience in bias detection and mitigation methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of global AI ethics guidelines and regulations
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable strategies
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance models
- Provide strategic guidance on ethical considerations in AI development
- Design and implement bias detection and mitigation strategies
- Create mechanisms for AI system explainability and transparency
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging AI technologies
