Join Prompt as an AI Governance Specialist and play a key role in ensuring our AI systems are trustworthy and responsibly used. Requirements
- Masterโs degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Communications, Ethics, Design, or a related discipline)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in evaluating system behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas clearly and accessibly
- Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, particularly LLMs and natural language applications
- Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, thoughtful, and motivated by impact, not just correctness
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer-facing AI outputs for quality, compliance, and ethical alignment
- Identify issues related to consistency, reliability, fairness, or safety
- Develop necessary metrics, guidelines, and guardrails around AI usage
- File tickets or documentation to help AI teams continuously improve
- Build automation and tooling to assist with review, testing and analysis of AI outputs
- Support responsible AI practices by helping codify policies and review checklists that reflect ethical, regulatory, and organizational values
- Develop our internal education initiatives to promote AI literacy & democratization
- Run workshops, create learning materials, and answer team questions about how AI works at Prompt
- Embed with internal teams to review and refine workflows using available automation and AI tools, and help establish/train AI leaders within those teams
- Collaborate on internal documentation that improves shared understanding of our systems
- Track and report on AI adoption and usage
- Define success metrics and usage benchmarks for both internal AI use and external AI features
- Create dashboards or reports that help teams understand performance and engagement
- Help design and develop internal tools for reviewing, tracking, testing, and analyzing AI usage and outputs more efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with program coordination, QA, documentation, or education is a plus
- (Optional) Technical experience in scripting, data analysis, or prototyping tools is a plus
