Ai Software Engineer

Summary

Join our team as an AI Software Engineer to build a multi-agent system integrating AI Agents into business teams. You will collaborate with our CEO to translate a vision and technical specifications into a live system. This strategic project will leverage our 10-year-old remote staffing business and its extensive client base. You will be responsible for planning, decision-making, process execution, and collaboration. This is a 3-month contract role with the potential for full-time employment.

Requirements

• Possess strong programming skills (without AI) with real-world experience writing and shipping production code
• Have deep experience with AI-powered software development, primarily using Cursor in a systematic and scalable way
• Have technical experience building on OpenAI APIs and multi-agent SDKs (CrewAI, Vercel, and recently OpenAI Agents SDK)
• Have experience working with cross-functional cofounding teams, including non-coders involved in technical work
• Demonstrate a proven ability to build for short and long term, high-leverage, modular systems, balancing technical debt vs momentum

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to translate vision and initial technical specs into a development plan
• Make architecture and strategy decisions
• Execute best practice development process against the plan, leveraging your development experience and AI coding
• Collaborate on product strategy and project management
