AI Software Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience in a related field, with a strong foundation in modern development practices such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, relational databases, and API design
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• End-to-end AI development experience, including building and fine-tuning machine learning and generative models (e.g., LLMs), and designing scalable infrastructure to support production-ready AI applications
• Experience with cloud environments – Azure or AWS, GCP also considered
• Strong awareness of emerging trends and advancements in AI and ML
• Experience of working in a Scrum Team and an Agile environment
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design AI systems across various industries, including finance, private, and public services
• Develop and deploy AI applications to support and enhance clients’ AI-driven initiatives
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to translate business needs into scalable, sustainable AI solutions
