Summary
Join Precision Medicine Group (PMG) as an Enterprise AI Solutions Architect, a strategic AI leader driving the delivery of scalable, high-quality AI solutions. You will streamline AI enterprise architecture, reducing technical debt and leveraging data and technology for advanced AI capabilities. Provide technical and architectural leadership across AI initiatives and modernization efforts, supporting and implementing PMG's AI strategy. Partner with various teams to ensure alignment between technical design and business strategy, working closely with PRISM data, AI, and analytics teams. Lead architectural modernization, improve system interoperability, and establish best practices for iterative AI development and responsible innovation. This role requires a change agent who can lead and collaborate effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field required. Masterโs preferred
- 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or data-driven solutions
- 5+ years of experience leading architectural transformation, AI platform development, or enterprise modernization efforts
- Proven experience with AI model integration, cloud-native platforms, and microservices architecture
- Experience working with Agile (SAFe) teams, iterative delivery cycles, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms and services (Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with Data platform architecture using Snowflake
- Familiarity with Exploratory development using Jupiter Notebook
- Familiarity with Emerging platforms such as Snowflake Cortex for LLM and vector search integration
- General understanding of secure pipelines, Lakehouse models, and interoperability across hybrid cloud environments
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, MLflow, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, LangChain
- LLM architecture patterns including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering
- Text-to-vector and text-to-SQL applications
- Object detection models such as YOLOv5
- Experience integrating knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j, RDF/SPARQL, AWS Neptune) into AI pipelines for semantic reasoning and structured context
Responsibilities
- Create architectural designs for AI initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives
- Design, document, prototype, and review AI system architectures, roadmaps, and reference models
- Modernize and rationalize legacy platforms and services to support AI enablement and enterprise data integration
- Partner with PRISM Data & Analytics Services, and Lead ML Engineer to ensure cohesive architecture across data, analytics, and AI platforms
- Partner with product and project managers to scope AI efforts, estimate timelines, and oversee technical delivery
- Lead technical reviews, guide development standards, and support continuous delivery practices including CI/CD and DevOps
- Actively monitor deployed AI models to ensure performance and accuracy meet operational and ethical standards
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
