You will strategize and execute data curation with a team to train and benchmark custom ML models. This role involves managing a labeling team, identifying and solving issues related to model performance and data quality, and continuously improving labeling instructions for a UI/UX dataset. Requirements

• Be very familiar in UI/UX concepts
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve data quality
• Have experience in improve model performance by analysing model outputs, curating datasets and refining data strategies
• Be able to communicate effectively and have good written communication skills
• Have experience managing, coordinating and growing a team, preferably in a data labelling, AI, or operational environment
• Be able to develop clear and structured guidelines for data annotation, especially in UI/UX or GUI-related datasets

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the labelling team by planning and sequencing projects based on stakeholder priorities
• Proactively identify issues, craft solutions and execute on them with regards to model performance, data curation and team organisation
• Curate new data or refine existing data based on model performance insights, ensuring continuous improvement in model performance
• Routinely evaluate team performance and assess the impact of labeled data on model accuracy
• Continually develop and refine labelling instructions for a niche dataset (UI/UX, graphical user interfaces, etc.), ensuring consistency and clarity
• Reliably grow the capabilities and optimise workflows of the labelling team over time
