Join Mindrift, a platform connecting AI specialists with projects from major tech innovators, as an AI Tutor in Teaching. You'll collaborate on projects focused on improving Generative AI's ability to address specialized questions and complex reasoning. Typical tasks include generating challenging prompts for AI, defining scoring criteria for evaluating AI responses, and correcting model responses using your domain expertise. This freelance role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute on your own schedule. You'll gain valuable experience, enhance your portfolio, and influence the future of AI.

Requirements

• Have a Master's degree and/or PhD in the following areas: Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, Human Resources
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience at schools & universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers, etc.) and/or experience in curriculum development, educational technology etc
• Your level of English is proficient (C2)
• Be familiar with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, ability levels
• Be able to create engaging content through a mix of personalization, motivation, gamification, etc
• Be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Generate prompts that challenge AI
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers
• Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in curriculum development, educational technology etc
