Requirements

• Share examples of your AI video work. Examples of live action, as well as animation or combo
• Share what tools you use and any IP or data security issues
• Proficiency in industry-standard creative software: Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, After Effects
• Deep experience with AI video generation tools: RunwayML, Pika Labs, Stable Video Diffusion
• Proven ability to create consistent AI avatars and characters across multiple scenes
• Mastery of multi-tool workflows combining various AI platforms for seamless results
• Expertise in prompt engineering and optimization for consistent visual outputs
• Knowledge of upscaling, post-processing, and quality enhancement techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to creative teams
• Project management experience with multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Change management skills and workflow transformation leadership
• Creative eye with understanding of design principles and animation techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts, Animation, Visual Communications, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in visual design, animation, or creative technology roles
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools for creative applications (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, etc.)
• Portfolio showcasing both traditional creative work and AI-enhanced projects

Responsibilities

• AI Integration & Strategy: Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools across creative pipelines
• Workflow Optimization: Analyze and streamline production processes using AI assistance
• Training & Support: Guide creative teams on AI tool adoption and best practices
• Quality Assurance: Establish benchmarks and testing protocols for AI-generated content
• Tool Management: Evaluate AI software, manage vendor relationships, conduct ROI analyses

• Hands-on experience using AI for video, animation, and avatar creation
• Multi-tool workflow expertise for producing polished HD video clips with character and scenario consistency
