Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation
• Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages
• Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience with Node.js and Next.js
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4), familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, and knowledge of vector databases and prompt engineering best practices
• Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes
• Familiarity with integration/automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and ability to create custom scripts or connectors as needed
• Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services to connect data across systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document your work clearly
• Self-motivated, creative problem solver who stays up to date with emerging technologies and can quickly learn new tools or frameworks
• A passion for leveraging AI to improve business processes is a must

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom internal AI-powered web applications and tools to streamline company operations, decision-making, and client service operations
• Automate spreadsheet-based processes and workflows, eliminating manual tasks and improving efficiency across teams
• Integrate various external APIs and build scalable backend services to connect internal systems and data sources seamlessly
• Research and implement new AI-driven automations (e.g., leveraging machine learning and LLMs) to keep the company at the cutting edge of innovation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, creative, operations, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure tools meet business needs and usability standards
