Requirements

• Proven experience as a writer, editor, or content strategist (2–5+ years)
• Deep familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and how to prompt or refine outputs effectively
• Strong editing and rewriting skills; you can take a raw AI draft and make it sing
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how they inform content structure and keyword use
• Comfort juggling multiple brands and content types with efficiency and accuracy
• Familiarity with AP Style and digital publishing standards
• Reliable, communicative, and responsive—especially in a remote, asynchronous environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with in-house and freelance editors to produce AI-assisted content projects for clients
• Use client briefs and keyword targets to prompt AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) and build structured, brand-aligned, and SEO-informed content from the ground up
• Plan and execute full content drafts using AI output as a foundation, ensuring coherence, originality, and alignment with editorial expectations
• Apply SEO best practices and client-specific guidelines to every deliverable
• Work across diverse industries and content formats, adapting to different brand voices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Frase, Surfer, Clearscope, or SEMrush
