Summary

The job is for an Air Force Client Engagement Deputy Director at DEFCON AI, a modeling, simulation, and analysis company. The role requires on-site work 50% of the time and remote work for the rest. The candidate should have experience in AMC/A35, 618 AOC/ALD and/or TRANSCOM J3, and be a former SNCO, FGO with HQ-level program management experience.

Requirements

• Active SECRET clearance required. TS/SCI desired
• The Deputy Director should be a former SNCO, FGO with HQ-level program management experience
• Information Technology (IT) program management highly valued, as is requirements generation and tracking experience

Responsibilities

• Work with client to shape and frame future requirements and communicate those to DEFCON AI Product, Analytics and Engineering
• Meet with client program management weekly to ensure support is in place and DEFCON AI is responsive to needs
• Provide program management reports to government and company leadership monthly
• Support client exercise, wargame or operational needs semi-annually
