Requirements

  • Proven experience managing strategic alliances
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, products, and services
  • Ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
  • Proven track record of driving sales pipeline and revenue growth through partnerships
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on results and deadlines
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving mutual success
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and product teams
  • Drive pipeline development through collaboration with sales teams, leveraging partner solutions to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams (sales, product, marketing) on partner offerings and best practices
  • Act as the main point of contact for any inquiries related to partnerships and lead coordination efforts with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with partners to execute go-to-market strategies, joint campaigns, and co-selling initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, using data-driven insights to improve processes and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, partner strategies, and market developments to ensure continued alignment and success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, product management, or consulting within an alliance or partnership-driven role
  • Familiarity with leading enterprise solutions and industry best practices
