Responsibilities

• Pursue a robust client and volunteer outreach strategy
• Oversee the client application process for the program
• Collaborate with staff to place volunteers with appropriate rebuilding projects
• Ensure clients sign all necessary paperwork and agreements
• Interview or survey homeowners after project completion
• Maintain a record-keeping system for program services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with client relationship databases or willingness to learn
• Experience with housing
• Comfort with speaking and presenting in front of large groups
• Ability to work equally well on independent projects as well as on collaborative, team projects
• Ability to speak, read and write in English and Spanish
