Requirements

  • Preferential education in Administration, Projects, Process Management or related areas
  • Fluent or native English proficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication, attention to detail, and time management
  • Professional experience in customer service areas

Responsibilities

  • Map internal and client processes with teams to identify improvement areas
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation of internal processes, client workflows, and best practices for consistency, transparency, and efficiency
  • Optimize processes by analyzing mapped and documented processes to identify opportunities for workflow improvement, productivity enhancement, and customer experience improvement
  • Assist in client engagement initiatives such as onboarding, regular check-ins, and feedback collection for client satisfaction
  • Develop training materials and resources based on documented processes to facilitate onboarding, training, and support of clients
  • Analyze data and client feedback to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams including Operations, Support, and Product for alignment and coordination in delivering exceptional customer experiences
