Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, IT, Engineering, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in functional analysis or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum is a plus)
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business processes to identify and propose functional improvements
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation of appropriate technological solutions
• Prepare functional documentation, technical specifications, and progress reports
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate the fulfillment of defined requirements
• Provide user support in gathering needs and resolving functional issues
