Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in digital media, with knowledge in Growth and agile methodologies
• Good knowledge in database manipulation using SAS, SQL, and Azure Databricks
• Good knowledge in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics
• Analytical and investigative mindset to bring new hypotheses to the table, crossing data from different sources, executing A/B tests, seeking results, from the consumer's perspective
• Communication and negotiation skills, capable of leading multidisciplinary projects and influencing teams composed of leaders and non-leaders
• Organizational skills to manage and define priorities in projects, considering the potential for business growth

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply strategies of rapid growth for bank products/services, focused on acquisition through digital channels
• Use a customer need as a starting point and apply a business strategy (or tactic) based on it
• Analyze data from different sources and provide a new perspective on business from the consumer's viewpoint
• Establish metrics, establish processes, create A/B tests, monitor results, and implement improvements promoting rapid and scalable growth
• Create relationships with peer teams to develop rapid growth strategies, prioritize projects, and promote changes that increase acquisition rates
