Requirements

• 2+ years experience with social buying platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, etc
• Hands-On-Keys experience creating, deploying, and optimizing media campaigns
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insights
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of paid social platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, etc.)
• Ongoing creative management, adding and adjusting copy, images, and video based on promotional updates and seasonal trends
• Budget and bid management, in alignment with the Paid Social Manager’s strategy
• Optimize campaigns to achieve sales and efficiency goals using last-touch and custom attribution models
• Regularly communicate with 3rd-party vendors, informing them of upcoming changes and seeking out their guidance and expertise
• Monitor and report on daily campaign performance, conduct analyses, and investigate performance changes
• Collaborate with our content and creative teams to ensure a continuous flow of new creative concepts and performance readouts, understanding which elements of creativity drive performance
