Analyst-Associate

Summary

Join our team at ICONIQ Investment Management as a critical member of the relationship management team, working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. This role involves preparing client balance sheets, developing asset allocation analyses, monitoring investment performance, and performing ad hoc analyses for financial and estate planning needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant professional/financial services/private wealth experience
• Passion for investment management and client service
• Excellent academic background (minimum of bachelor’s degree required) and strong cognitive ability

Responsibilities

• Prepare client balance sheets
• Develop asset allocation analyses
• Monitor client investment performance
• Manage quarterly portfolio reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Develop a deep understanding of portfolio construction, asset classes, investment products, macroeconomics, client customizations, and professional communication
• Perform ad hoc analyses for clients’ financial and estate planning needs
• Develop basic working advisory knowledge of trusts, such as Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, Delaware Trusts, and Limited Liability Companies
• Assist with other estate planning strategies such as gifting, promissory notes, wills, and pre‐nuptial agreements
• Participate in equity and option trading activities with increasing responsibilities for investment execution
• Gather, prepare, and coordinate client tax data and documentation
• Be exposed to and involved in direct private investments, client interactions, and other critical family office operations
