Summary

Hex Trust is hiring a motivated Crypto Sales Trader to join their Markets team. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by actively trading cryptocurrencies with institutional clients and building relationships. A deep understanding of the cryptocurrency markets and excellent communication skills are required. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field, and have a proven track record of success in crypto sales trading or a similar role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in crypto sales trading or a similar role within the financial industry
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the broader financial markets
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
• Proficiency in using trading platforms, order management systems, and other relevant software tools

Responsibilities

• Actively trade and sell cryptocurrencies to institutional clients
• Build and take ownership of relationships with clients
• Stay ahead of market trends, news, and developments in the cryptocurrency industry
• Provide advice and insights to clients regarding market conditions, investment strategies, and risk management
• Execute trades on behalf of clients and ensure timely and accurate order execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell and deliver comprehensive solutions and address client needs
• Drive sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, trades, and transactions

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to cryptocurrencies and financial markets
