Requirements
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in data engineering or relevant discipline and have 5+ years of hands-on experience as a data engineer managing data pipelines
- Possess advanced proficiency in modern ETL/ELT stacks - expertise in Fivetran, DBT, and Snowflake
- Demonstrate understanding of data analytics and tools, including Metabase and PowerBI
- Have expert-level Python and SQL skills with deep experience in DBT transformations
- Show a strong understanding of cloud-native data architectures and modern data warehousing principles
- Display familiarity with data security, governance, and compliance standards
- Be adept at designing and delivering interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports β utilizing data for informed decision making
- Have experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to align data solutions with business goals
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
- Be able to own data pipelines and drive improvements with speed and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Build and manage robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Fivetran, DBT, and Snowflake, ensuring data quality, security, integrity, and scalable reporting
- Develop and optimize data models and analytical reports - bridging the gap between raw data and actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create data pipelines that align with BI needs β you will own the pipeline and data validation
- Design and develop SQL-based solutions, leveraging DBT to transform data and optimize the data warehouse
- Build the reporting infrastructure from ambiguous requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Continuously improve customer experience and provide technical leadership

Benefits
- Salary $110,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
