Join Machinify's Data Team as an Analytics Engineer and play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive product innovation. This role requires 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering or related fields, advanced SQL skills, and proficiency in ELT/ETL and data modeling. Requirements

  • 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data analysis, with a strong focus on building data pipelines and deriving insights
  • Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and performance optimization on large datasets
  • Experience with tools like Airflow to streamline data workflows
  • A solid foundation in data modeling principles to design and optimize models for robust analytics
  • A knack for troubleshooting data issues and optimizing data processes
  • A commitment to data accuracy and integrity in every output
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into data to reveal insights on product performance, customer behavior, claims patterns, and key financial metrics
  • Develop and refine data models, transformations, and visualizations that fuel decision-making across teams
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines using Airflow to keep our data flowing seamlessly
  • Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, SMEs, and function to understand data needs, deliver insights, and support product innovation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python, AWS, and SparkSQL
  • Familiarity with Medical Healthcare claims data models
