Summary

Join Workato, a leader in enterprise orchestration, as an Analytics Engineer. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrate data from various sources, develop ETL processes, and create data models. Manage multiple projects and become Workato Automation Pro certified. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in dbt and Snowflake.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or relevant experience from previous employment
  • 3+ years work experience in a data related field
  • Experience creating data pipelines in dbt & Snowflake
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strategic mind who can dissect and organize analytically and for scale
  • Diligent thinker who gets things done without overlooking important details
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion
  • Natural drive for innovation and creative problem solving
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to process and analyze large datasets
  • Integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to transform raw data into usable formats
  • Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics
  • Work closely with operations analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
  • Optimize data processing workflows for performance and scalability
  • Implement data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
  • Document data processes, workflows, and systems for transparency and knowledge sharing
  • Utilize tools and technologies such as SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and provide support for data-related inquiries
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Become Workato Automation Pro I, II, and III certified to create Workato recipes to facilitate data ingestion and auditing

Benefits

For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $100,000.00 plus variable, benefits, perks and equity
