Thaloz is hiring a professional mobile engineer for Android app development for US-based clients. The role includes delivering new features, ensuring quality and security, collaborating with product and design teams, participating in code reviews, and contributing to the continuous integration framework.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate level of English skills
• 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field
• Android and Kotlin experience, including a deep understanding of the Android SDK
• Intimate knowledge of common design patterns, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Experience leading the development through the full Android development lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Deliver new features to clients' platforms while keeping the quality and security of the apps in mind
• React to customer feedback & internal user testing
• Work closely with product and design team to prototype new experiences
• Expand app's reach however possible
• Implement new features and bug fixes for their Android app
• Follow and promote security best practices
• Iterate with design and product teams in an agile environment to bring features from conception to launch
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and shared knowledge
