Angular Engineer

Join Very Good Ventures, a leading Flutter consultancy, as an Angular Engineer for a 3-week contract (with potential extension) to develop an engaging scavenger hunt game within the existing Hamilton app. This project aims to boost user engagement for Hamilton's 10th Anniversary. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of Angular (version 4 or later) experience, a strong background in app optimization, and fluency in English. The role involves implementing features, reviewing project structure, addressing performance bottlenecks, and collaborating with product managers and Flutter developers. The contract is based in the U.S. or Latin America and requires availability during U.S. Eastern or GMT-3 time zones. This is a chance to work on a high-impact project with a global leader in Flutter development and gain exposure to the entertainment sector.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Angular development, version 4 or later (mandatory)
• Strong background in app optimization and performance tuning
• Fluent English language command (C1 level or higher)
• Experience working with large-scale applications and enterprise projects
• Understanding of best practices in software engineering and architecture
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments

Responsibilities

• Implement specific features and improvements within an existing CMS built with Angular and Firebase
• Review and evaluate the current project structure to ensure scalability and maintainability
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks as needed
• Collaborate with product managers and Flutter developers to deliver enhancements efficiently and ensure alignment with the overall product experience
