Ap Biology Tutor

Summary

Join TPAPT, a national nonprofit, as an AP Biology Instructor! We're seeking experienced, licensed teachers passionate about education to provide online test prep tutoring to high school students (grades 9-12). Tutoring sessions are 60-90 minutes, scheduled regularly between 3 PM and 9 PM CST weekdays and 10 AM to 4 PM CST on weekends. The ideal candidate has prior AP Biology teaching/tutoring experience and strong communication skills. Compensation is $25-$35/hour for 6-12 hours per week. This is a contract position with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• 6-12 hours per week of availability
• Earned Bachelor's Degree
• Certified Teacher with experience teaching the AP subject mentioned in this post
• Materials for the subject mentioned in this post
• Exceptionally strong communication skills
• A passion for helping others learn
• Familiarity with online lesson delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide AP Test Prep Tutoring to students in grades 9-12
• Tutoring assignments are 60-90 minutes
• Tutoring assignments will be regular and reliable
