Summary

WIN is looking to add App Developers- (iOS & Android) to their team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for WIN's growing team. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, writing clean code in Swift (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android), conducting thorough testing, integrating APIs, staying updated with app development trends, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Swift and Java/Kotlin programming languages
• Extensive knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, including UIKit and Android Studio
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and Material Design guidelines
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for mobile applications
• Understanding of app security practices, including encryption, data protection, and secure authentication methods
• Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and design patterns
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Swift (iOS) and Java/Kotlin (Android)
• Contribute to the team's technical documentation and knowledge base
• Publish apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and respond to user feedback and resolve issues
• Design, build, and maintain advanced, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces that meet the latest design and user experience trends
• Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to identify and rectify bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks before deployment
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionalities and provide seamless user experiences
• Collaborate with designers to ensure that UI/UX designs are translated into high-quality app interfaces
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile app development trends, technologies, and platforms, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance app performance and user engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with hybrid app development frameworks, such as Cordova (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and Xamarin (C#)
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks, such as Flutter (Dart) and React Native (JavaScript)
