As an Application Advisor, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, collecting data, verifying documents, and ensuring the completion of applications. You will also provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot customer concerns, and maintain accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 2+ years previous customer service, credit/loan processing experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with ability to effectively communicate via the phone and email
- Understanding of customer sensitive information protection protocols
- Excellent customer service, case management and follow-up skills
- Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter
- Solid knowledge and understanding of credit and lending
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Type a minimum of 50 words per minute with high accuracy
Responsibilities
- Contact customers directly from warm sales leads generated from business partner websites and phone lines
- Assist customers with completing credit applications
- Provide excellent customer service by providing prompt, informed, professional and accurate service and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely, friendly and accurate manner
- Ensure appropriate records are maintained
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate filing system
- Successfully complete a comprehensive training program and maintain up-to-date knowledge of business and lender partner offerings
- Perform other job duties as assigned

Multilingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus
