Application Developer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1+ year of applicable work experience and/or relevant internship experience
• Experience with JavaScript or Python or Java
• Exposure to OOD/OOP, data structures, and algorithm analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Exposure to designing, developing and testing large, scalable, complex systems

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions
• Gain deep expertise in the company's application ecosystem
• Lead the development and enhancement of interactive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX)
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes and frameworks
• Participate in rotational on-call support activities during weekends and holidays
• Collaborate with the engineering team on rotational deployment activities
• Take ownership of assigned projects, demonstrating increased accountability and autonomy in project planning, execution, and delivery
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Mentor interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the engineering team
