Summary

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Systems Analyst/Tester with a Master's Degree and 10 years of experience to join their team remotely or at Fort Knox. The role involves analyzing, testing, and ensuring the quality of software applications within the organization.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in relevant field
• Ten (10) years of experience as a Application Systems Analyst/Tester
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Identify and report software defects, track issues, and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality
• Conduct performance testing to assess and optimize the performance of applications
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of project requirements
• Create and maintain documentation related to testing processes, test cases, and test results
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Contribute to the overall quality assurance process by providing insights and recommendations for process improvement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Analyze, test, and ensure the quality of software applications
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and analyze software requirements
• Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and specifications
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality, performance, security, and usability of software applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• CISSP, CISM
