Requirements
- Strong understanding of programming concepts with experience using a modern language
- Ability to actively communicate with customers and other staff members
- Ability to aggregate feedback and requests from clinicians to identify general problems solvable through automated methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of traditional dose calculation methods (Pencil Beam, CVSP, etc)
- Able to formulate experiment design and run experiments while developing new algorithms and technology
- Able to stay current with state-of-the-art algorithmic techniques
- Experience conceiving, implementing, and maintaining clinically used software solutions
Responsibilities
- Take technical ownership of Radformation proprietary dose calculation algorithms
- Work with research and product teams to create new radiotherapy products and algorithms
- Test and benchmark Radformation proprietary algorithms against industry standard algorithms
