Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with 5+ years of experience building and productionizing ML/AI models that deliver measurable business impact
• A strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• Fluency in collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to bring AI solutions from ideation to deployment
• Proficiency in Databricks (or similar platforms) and familiarity with managing data pipelines and advanced analytics workflows in a cloud-based environment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end machine learning model development: from design, experimentation, and deployment to scaling production models
• Tackle real-world problems with both batch and real-time models, creating a tangible impact on customer experience, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, and Analytics to drive AI initiatives that directly impact our company’s growth and bottom line
• Play a pivotal role in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. As we continue to expand, there are opportunities to transition into a lead or manager role
