Applied Scientist, Customer Solutions (Senior to Principal)

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, and collaborate with them to identify and deploy solutions to address them
• Be involved in the end-to-end development of reusable solutions and repeatable patterns with our customers
• Assist with pre-sales solutioning, accelerate solution delivery, and identify opportunities to solve more complex problems together
• Design and develop robust and scalable solutions for highly technical, enterprise business problems
• Ability to communicate and convey complex mathematical concepts and considerations, with attention to detail, to non-experts and non-technical executives
• Actively collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Applied Science, and Marketing as a part of the customer-feedback loop, acting as the voice-of-the-customer, to help our teams better understand our end-users and use cases to design and build more effective and efficient solutions
• Plan, build, and facilitate industry-specific use cases, including education in the form of workshops, webinars, technical blogs, whitepapers and developer community engagement
• Identify new ideas and improve upon existing concepts within language modeling, generative AI, and privacy enhancing technologies
• Stay abreast of developments in AI, actively sharing and trying out new approaches
• Mentor colleagues and promote a culture of knowledge sharing
