Appointment Setter/Lead Generation VA

Summary

Join 20four7VA as a Virtual Assistant (VA) to support a real estate business with lead generation. You will prospect for clients, research and compile leads, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in internet research and data entry
• Applications/Software : MS Office, CRM or similar

Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate lead generation activities through various online and offline sources
• Research and compile targeted lead lists based on specific criteria
• Qualify leads through phone calls or email outreach
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the real estate agent
• Maintain a clean and organized lead database using a CRM system (training provided)
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cold calling and appointment setting is a plus
• Experience with a CRM system is a plus (training provided if not)
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
