Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in internet research and data entry
- Applications/Software : MS Office, CRM or similar
Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate lead generation activities through various online and offline sources
- Research and compile targeted lead lists based on specific criteria
- Qualify leads through phone calls or email outreach
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the real estate agent
- Maintain a clean and organized lead database using a CRM system (training provided)
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cold calling and appointment setting is a plus
- Experience with a CRM system is a plus (training provided if not)
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
