Summary

Join Blue Architecture as a full-time Architect - Project Manager in Bremerton, WA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 plus years of experience working within an architectural firm and can design, produce, and manage projects from conception through construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience working within an architecture firm
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (preferred)
• Excellent design & presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Technical knowledge of building envelope design
• Working knowledge of the building codes
• Experience managing consultant engineers

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and creation of plans and blueprints from which buildings or structures are constructed
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to work closely with clients, engineers, planners, and other industry professionals
• Assist in writing and designing sketches and renderings for Federal & Commercial Design Build Proposals
• Adhere to all industry standards in design
• Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback
