Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales, you will be responsible for executing a sales strategy targeting various market segments, including leisure travel, corporate preferred, and groups. This role requires a metrics-minded approach, focusing on achieving sales goals and identifying revenue-generating opportunities. You will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in hotel group sales, and proficiency in hotel CRM systems. Requirements

  • Breakdown monthly targets into weekly achievable tasks to help meet or exceed sales goals
  • Identify and uncover revenue-generating opportunities through industry knowledge, prospecting and execution of sales strategies
  • Experience in the "building the plane while flying it" environment and proven ability to adjust and flex to business demands; open to providing feedback to contribute to problem resolutions; updates to processes
  • Promptly assess every inbound lead to create opportunities to expand Kasa's partnerships, profit, and portfolio experience
  • Meticulously organize inbound leads and execute tasks accordingly through finalizing contracts; the innate mindfulness to details is ever present * pertaining to contracts, organization, prioritization
  • Possess a genuine passion for being a part of a world-class team; not only succeeding individually, but positively influences team members to engage, grow, and exceed expectations for Kasa
  • Confidently negotiate and navigate conversations with internal and external stakeholders; resulting in closed deals across accounts that vary in size, scope, and industry
  • Relationship building is in your DNA and rooted in every interaction; consistently providing your peers, manager, and clients clear communication, diligence, and trustworthiness
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in hotel group sales, corporate accounts, or extended-stay property sales
  • Strong background in building, maintaining, and growing key client relationships
  • Skilled at overseeing multiple hotels or geographic regions, with clear territory sales strategies
  • Proficient in hotel CRM systems for pipeline and client management
  • Ability to analyze travel trends, competitor rates, and demand generators to adjust sales tactics
  • Strong experience negotiating group rates, long-term stay agreements, and corporate preferred contracts
  • Proven ability to drive occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) through targeted sales efforts
  • Exceptional at presenting hotel services to corporate clients, and travel managers

Responsibilities

  • Execute a sales strategy for Kasa's portfolio in a defined area, targeting all market segments, including leisure travel, corporate preferred, groups, and others
  • Be instrumental in changing the way corporate and group travelers view the flexible accommodations space

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a tech startup
  • Achieved or exceeded sales targets by driving room bookings, group sales, corporate contracts
  • Secured repeat business from corporate accounts, travel agencies, and groups
  • Expanded Kasa’s visibility in target markets through strategic partnerships, networking, and promotions

  • The Pay: The starting base pay range for this role is between $70K and $79K an d is set based on multiple considerations including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills and attributes. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity, bonus, perks, benefits, and Kasa Travel Credits
